The Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna, or National Gallery of Modern Art, is an art gallery in Rome, Italy, founded in 1883 and dedicated to modern and contemporary art.
Stunning venue, hosting amazing art pieces.
I truly have crossed thoughts over this new AIG Venture low cost airline LEVEL. As we all know, British Airways (IAG Premium and national British airline business label) is not doing the best this last few years under Alex Cruz control. The service and product quality has been dropping as a rock and now the just announced less leg room for short haul flights, actually less than #EasyJet. Absolutely not a good thing.
To start a new low cost airline is to set up a new aviation era, just uncovering something I’ve been worrying since years ago, -Premium aviation is dying and decreasing-.
Level will cover new routes to South America, an emerging market which has been increasing traffic in a considerably scale to Europe and other Asia destinations, but also will connect major hubs like Barcelona with Oakland, USA, leading into a new low cost routes war with Norwegian air.
Lets see how it goes.
Finally got this amazing video walking through one of the most exciting buildings in this stunning Mexican city. Just as a reminder this place is a world heritage UNESCO Certified place, and has around 100 indoor murals, plus a permanent art collection.
Ik Kil is a well known cenote outside Pisté in the Tinúm Municipality, Yucatan, Mexico. It is located in the northern center of the Yucatán Peninsula and is part of the Ik Kil Archeological Park near Chichen Itza. It is open to the public for swimming and is often included in bus tours.
The cenote is open to the sky with the water level about 26 metres (85 ft) below ground level. There is a carved stairway down to a swimming platform. The cenote is about 60 metres (200 ft) in diameter and about 40 metres (130 ft) deep.
There are vines which reach from the opening all the way down to the water along with small waterfalls. There are black catfish which swim in the cenote. Cenote Ik Kil is sacred to the Mayans and the Mayans used this cenote for both relaxation and ritual services.
The cenote is part of a larger complex of a restaurant, store, changing rooms, and cottages for rent. There is also a Mayan ruin on the site.
Once used as the Jalisco State Government main office, The State Palace has now been renovated and turned into a museum and cultural centre, showing some local exhibitions and historic murals. The building hosts the “Ambassadors Hall” were the governor meets high profile visitors and personalities for talks and social events, unfortunately, the room was closed.
World’s Heritage Building, located in the heart of Mexico´s second most populous and important city, Instituto Cultural Cabañas (aka Hospicio Cabañas), is one of the most stunning and well-preserved buildings I’ve seen in Mexico. The most valuable section is the one that keeps Jose Clemente Orozco´s Murals, describing the Colonialism and Revolution time, a stunning and very colorful series of paintings distributed all along the main hall.
