Once used as the Jalisco State Government main office, The State Palace has now been renovated and turned into a museum and cultural centre, showing some local exhibitions and historic murals. World’s Heritage Building, located in the heart of Mexico´s second most populous and important city, Instituto Cultural Cabañas (aka Hospicio Cabañas), is one of the most stunning and well-preserved buildings I’ve seen in Mexico. The most valuable section is the one that keeps Jose Clemente Orozco´s Murals, describing the Colonialism and Revolution time, a stunning and very colorful series of paintings distributed all along the main hall.
